Tots Play - So much MORE than JUST a weekly class

Of course, we hope you love class time as much as we enjoy having you there, but we also know that there's lots of time in between sessions where your Tot wants to play too, and days at home with just your four walls and a little one can feel like a lot of time to fill sometimes!

Our mission at Tots Play is to support you in enjoying and making the most of these early weeks, months and years with your Tots, which is why our classes are just the start of what we offer to help make life with your little one just that little bit better, not just on class days, but every day!

We want to ensure you get great value from your time at Tots Play too, so when you join us you'll learn lots of simple ways to play together and support your little one's development that you can continue at home throughout the week, so even on days you're not at class you'll have plenty of ways to keep baby happy and learning - with no extra to pay out!

Play at Home Inspiration

From enjoying sharing a full body massage and picking up tummy time tips for our littlest babies to exploring yoga, sign language, music and sensory play, for Tots of all ages, coming to classes will provide you with a toolkit of play ideas and development techniques that you can easily continue at home.

We believe in keeping play simple and that making use of what you already have or can easily (and inexpensively) make, collect or buy is the best way to engage your little one to use all of their senses to explore and learn about the world around them, which is why we include lots of this type of play at classes.

On the days when you find yourself in the house and at a loss for what to do with your little one, there’s always something you'll have done at class that you can try at home to not only keep your little one entertained, but (even better!), help them develop and learn as they play too.

Try stretching into your favourite yoga pose, playing one of our sign language games, or raiding your cupboards to make a treasure basket - follow your Tot's interests and see where their imagination takes you!

So many parents tell us that their little ones love the items we have at classes, and wish they were able to play with them at home too - so we've made lots of those favourites available for you to buy either directly from class or to be delivered to you at home via our online store, for the ultimate convenience.

Popular items like mirrors, feathers, scarves, foil blankets and ribbon rings are things you may not have thought of, or known where to get for your little one, but offer so many wonderful ways for you to play and learn together, and for just a few pounds each, which is why they are so well used at classes!

Does your little one (or you!) love the Tots Play class songs? There’s now another way to listen to them at home together - on Spotify!

Practice your favourite yoga moves, marching songs and sign language with our most popular songs, grab an instrument or two and let your little one express their musical genius by playing along, and even enjoy sharing loving massage strokes to our gorgeous lullabies - there's something for everyone to enjoy!

Connect with Other Tots Play Parents and Tots

Community is a huge part of our ethos at Tots Play. Our class leaders go above and beyond to connect you with other local parents, with the aim of creating the friendships and building the support systems that make such as difference to life when you're a new parent.

Lots of our franchisees arrange regular get togethers outside of classes such as buggy walks, coffee mornings and much more, so do ask your class leader what's coming up in your area.

You might also have the option to join a class or community WhatsApp group to help you keep in touch with all of your new found Tots Play friends too, so don't be shy, get involved with as much as you can - you'll be glad you did!
